Deadline: Wednesday, March 22nd -- 11:59 PM
WHAT TO BRING TO THE COMPETITION

You will BRING a physical exhibit to the contest. Digital submissions are not accepted.

Check the schedule to see when exhibits can be set up.

Bring 4 copies of your written materials: title page, process paper, and annotated bibliography stapled together as one document.

Your project must conform to all of the category rules in the Rule Book.

We are asking you to submit an electronic version of your written materials:

- Title Page
- Process Paper
- Annotated Bibliography.
Group Entries

Only one member of the group needs to submit the written materials.
Prepare Your Written Materials
Preparing your written materials for submission is a three-step process.
STEP 1 - Combine your final written materials as one combined PDF file in this order:
- Title Page
- Process Paper
- Annotated Bibliography
How to Combine Your PDF’s
Use the free software ilovepdf.com or
smallpdf.com to merge your PDFs into one.
STEP 2
Naming your file. Save your combined PDF with the following naming format:
Division_Category_lastname(s).pdf
[separate last names by an underscore]
